My Approach? All In

Our job together is to create a brave space for you in coaching. A space where you can grapple with the challenging questions facing you. A space where you can say literally anything.

I trust you are capable of knowing what lands well for you and what doesn’t fit. My commitment is to be a no-holds-barred partner with you in creating your desired growth.

I am honest with you about what I’m seeing and hearing, not from a place of needing to be right, but so you can decide for yourself what works for you. No pussyfooting around here.

Levity is an important part of our coaching. The super smart, reflective people I typically coach can easily sink into a quagmire of heaviness and rumination. My irreverence and humor bring room for play that sparks creative solutions no amount of “trying to figure it out” was going to produce.

I’m committed to your success through our coaching program. Once we begin, I’m all in. You must be all in, too. I cannot be more committed to your coaching and success than you are.

If that sounds great to you, book a consultation or message me to find out if we’ll be a strong match for coaching.

What Is EvenBraver?

EvenBraver is an invitation to be EvenBraver than you were yesterday. Your Brave is in what you do today, not what you did yesterday. Being EvenBraver will mean different things for different people: standing up, speaking out, shutting up, listening, feeling, releasing control, being unapologetic, making amends.

WELCOME TO EVENBRAVER. You, Even Braver.

Choose EvenBraver coaching because you are committed to creating a change that matters to you, and because that commitment is greater than your fear or resistance.
